Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Slice the Ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces then add to a bowl.
  • To the bowl add salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  • Drizzle the avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned steak bites and toss again to ensure they are coated.
  • Once preheated, arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Place the air fryer basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The steak bites should be browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the rested steak bites and toss to coat them in the butter.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites as a garnish.
